PLSG is continually recruiting executives and serial entrepreneurs to join our Executive-in-Residence (EIR) team. We created our innovative EIR program to fulfill the Pittsburgh region's demand for experienced, domain-specific leadership. EIRs are full time employees of the PLSG, responsible for guiding seed and early-stage life sciences companies to successful commercialization of their biosciences products and services. These positions are appropriate for experienced C-level and senior executive managers with careers in the life sciences industry.PLSG also hires executives who are interested in more occasional work in specialty areas such as regulatory affairs or marketing.
