The PLSG Incubator is much more than some preassembled cubicles. You will have access to amenities that free you from the more tedious tasks of growing a company, and your firm will be thrust into the arms of a supportive early-stage business community.

The PLSG has two incubator facilities equaling 22,000 square feet of available space for growing companies. The main Incubator is located with PLSG's administrative offices. It is a 13,000 square-foot facility consisting of 40 percent modern wet lab space and 60 percent office space. The second facility, PLSG West, is 9,000 square-feet of mostly laboratory space.

It also puts us in the Greater Oakland Keystone Innovation Zone, which offers financial incentives to life sciences companies.
